With some anti-virus programs, you may get an error when WebRunner loads.

"Another application is listening on the POP3 Email port (110). WebRunner Accelerator POP3 Email feature will be disabled for this session. To re-enable them, find the application using port 110, disable it, and restart WebRunner."
If you get this error message, you can ignore it, but email will not be accelerated. Your anti-virus software will be downloading your mail instead of WebRunner. This way, your email will be scanned for viruses (which is a good idea.) You can stop this error message from coming up in the future by following these steps:

1. Right-click on the WebRunner icon in the lower right-hand corner of your screen.
2. Select "Settings"
3. Click on the "Features" tab at the top of that window.
4. Uncheck the box labeled "POP3"
5. Click OK at the bottom of that window.
