Spam
If you are having a problem with unwanted junk email, our recommendation is to enable the junk mail filtering options in your email program. Every email program (with the exception of Outlook Express,) has a junk mail filter built into it. Look through your email program's settings to enable the junk mail filtering feature.
If you having problems with unwanted junk email in Outlook Express, our suggestion is to switch to any other email program, such as Mozilla Thunderbird. Mozilla Thunderbird will copy over your email, contacts, and email settings from Outlook Express. Once you switch to Thunderbird, you should look at the Junk mail filtering settings in both Options and Account Settings on the Tools menu.

Automated Email Setup
If you continue to have problems setting up your email in Windows, you can use our automated setup program to configure your email settings. Click Run if you are using Internet Explorer or double-click on the file when it finishes downloading if you are using something besides Internet Explorer.
